Manuel D’Amaro Albariño sobre lías
“Un Albariño sobre lías, para os mellores días”. Single varietal from Rias Baixas. For five months, batonnage is carried out with nitrogen to keep the lees in suspension and enhance complexity.
Manuel D’Amaro Loureira
“Loureira sempre tan feiticeira”. This 100% Loureira wine has been vinified with grapes from the best plots in the Condado do Tea subzone. This variety is highly valued for its aromatic intensity.
Manuel D’Amaro Pedral
“Pedral, quédome contigo”. This wine is made from 100% Pedral, a native grape variety that our winery is reviving to produce this very special wine in small quantities.
Manuel D’Amaro Brancellao
“O Brancellao hai que telo de man”. This single-varietal Brancellao wine reflects our philosophy of reviving the native grape varieties of the Condado do Tea region. It is a difficult variety to grow and has low productivity, producing structured, fresh red wines with penetrating aromas of red and forest fruits.
Manuel D’Amaro Caíño
“O Caíño é o rei do viño”. Wines made from the Caíño grape variety are commonly used in blends to complement other varieties with greater structure, but at Señorío de Rubiós we produce it as a single variety wine due to its rich floral and fruity aromas.
