The prices of the products available for purchase are listed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
3.3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit or debit card through the Redsys payment gateway.
The Redsys Virtual Payment Terminal (TPV) accepts payment with American Express, Master Card, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron cards. To make card payments, it is necessary to indicate: card number, expiration date, name and surname of the holder (as they appear on the card) and card CVV code.
The charge for the amount of the order on the customer’s bank card will be made at the time of purchase.

LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL undertakes not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or considered as such, and may or has the potential to cause harm. 3.8. Order delivery times

The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client at the time of formalizing the order within a period of 72 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), although said period may vary depending on the availability of the products. or the delivery address. If the client is not in the place at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with the corresponding instructions to contact the transport agency and agree on a new delivery. In the absence of the above, the order will be delivered to the person, of legal age, who at the time of delivery is at the indicated address. The customer expressly authorises LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL to deliver the order on their behalf. The recipient of the order must sign the corresponding delivery note, stating his name and DNI or similar that implies his conformity with the products received, both in terms of quantity and quality and state in which they are found.
For this purpose, the recipient may review the order as much as he wants at the time of receipt in order to show his agreement with it. If it is not complete, it must be expressly stated on the corresponding delivery note.
3.9. Accreditation of operations

4. Return of products
4.1. Right of withdrawal
The Client will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Notwithstanding this and in accordance with the provisions of article 102.1 and 2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised on bottles that have been opened, nor, in case of serving the product in wooden boxes when they have been opened or unsealed. Neither can the right of withdrawal be exercised in the case of personalized products.
Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has expired, LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL will not accept returns due to withdrawal from product purchases.
In the event of cancelling the purchase of a product, the Customer must contact LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL by sending an email to tienda@vinosdelaluz.com or by calling +34 983 878 007.
In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
· The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.
· Returns to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL must be made using the same box used for delivery, or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition (except in the case of wine bottles served in wooden boxes, which can only be returned in the same unopened box).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the physical remittance of the product is not enough, but you must previously notify us that you are exercising that right to withdraw through a communication. Said communication must be sent to the e-mail tienda@vinosdelaluz.com, by physical delivery that proves the date of receipt at the address indicated above, always within the period of 14 calendar days indicated above. • In the event of withdrawal, the refund will include all shipping costs paid by the customer when making the purchase. However, LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL may charge additional shipping costs in the event of an unusual shipping method or express delivery.
• In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the customer shall be responsible for paying the costs of returning the products to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL.
4.2. Return of defective products
Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the user. Alternatively to the above, the user will have the right to claim, and to be delivered, a product equal to the one requested, in perfect condition.
• In the event of returning defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL, the return must be made by the Customer using the procedure established in section (4.1) above, although in this case the Customer shall not be responsible for the costs of returning said products.

4.3. Refund of the price of the products
• Provided that the Customer has followed the procedure set out in this section and the requirements set out therein have been met, LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL will refund the price paid by the Customer for the returned products and the shipping costs, except in the case of an unusual shipping method or express delivery. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the User’s right of withdrawal described in section (4.1), LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL will not pay or bear the costs and/or expenses of returning the product to LA LUZ DEL DUERO SL.
The Client will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.
Partial returns of an order will give rise to a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.

This contract will be governed by Spanish legislation that will be applicable to what is not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
