3.1. Products.

3.2. Price indication
The prices of the products available for purchase are listed in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
3.3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit or debit card through the Redsys payment gateway.
The Redsys Virtual Payment Terminal (TPV) accepts payment with American Express, Master Card, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron cards. To make card payments, it is necessary to indicate: card number, expiration date, name and surname of the holder (as they appear on the card) and card CVV code.
The charge for the amount of the order on the customer’s bank card will be made at the time of purchase.

3.5. Shipping costs

3.8. Plazos de entrega del pedido

The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client at the time of formalizing the order within a period of 72 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), although said period may vary depending on the availability of the products. or the delivery address. In the absence of the above, the order will be delivered to the person, of legal age, who at the time of delivery is at the indicated address. The client expressly authorizes LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L. to deliver the order in your favor. 4. Return of products
4.1. Right of withdrawal
The Client will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Notwithstanding this and in accordance with the provisions of article 102.1 and 2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised on bottles that have been opened, nor, in case of serving the product in wooden boxes when they have been opened or unsealed. Neither can the right of withdrawal be exercised in the case of personalized products.
Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has ended, LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L. will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases.

In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
· The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.
The return to LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L. It must be done using the same box used in the delivery, or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition (except in the case of bottles of wine served in wooden boxes, which can only be returned in the same unopened box).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the physical remittance of the product is not enough, but you must previously notify us that you are exercising that right to withdraw through a communication. Said communication must be sent to the e-mail tienda@vinosdelaluz.com, by physical delivery that proves the date of receipt at the address indicated above, always within the period of 14 calendar days indicated above. • In case of withdrawal, the refund will include all shipping costs paid by the customer when making the purchase. However, LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L… may charge additional shipping costs in the event of an unusual shipping method or urgent delivery.
• In any case, it will be the client, in case of withdrawal, who pays the cost of returning the products to LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L..
4.2. Return of defective products
Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the Customer will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the user. Alternatively to the above, the user will have the right to claim, and to be delivered, a product equal to the one requested, in perfect condition.
• In the event of a return to LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L… of defective products or products that do not correspond to the requested order, the return must be made by the Client through the procedure established in section (4.1) above, although the Customer, in this case, will not have to face the costs of returning said products.
• As long as the User has followed the procedure established in section (4.1) above and the requirements established in this section have been met, LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L… will reimburse the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the Customer, in accordance with the provisions of section (4.3) below.
4.3. Refund of the price of the products
• As long as the Client has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L… will refund the price paid by the Client corresponding to the returned products and shipping costs, except in case of an unusual shipping method or urgent delivery. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the right of withdrawal of the User described in section (4.1) LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L… will not pay or face the expenses and/or costs of returning the product to LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L.
The Client will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.
Partial returns of an order will give rise to a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.
LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L.. will manage the price refund order through the same payment system used by the Customer for the purchase of the products, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the collection of the returned order, and once LA LUZ DEL DUERO S.L. has verified that the products to be returned meet the requirements established in sections (4.1) and (4.2) above. The application of the refund of the price in the Customer’s account will depend on the bank.
